You will be directed to Dr. Dimmitt's HIPAA compliant patient portal where you can securely schedule your phone session. Together we can determine if her services are a good match for your needs. After the phone session, new clients will be scheduled for an initial appointment where we will discuss current concerns and treatment goals. Dr. Dimmitt will develop an individualized wellness plan tailored to your treatment concerns and goals.

Fees and Insurance

Full payment is required at the time of service. Dr. Dimmitt is considered an Out-of-Network provider for all insurance plans. A statement can be provided to any client requesting a record of services received and payments made. Please contact Dr. Dimmitt to discuss fees and payment options. 

Cancellation Policy

Dr. Dimmitt has a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or reschedule within this time period, you will be responsible for the full appointment fee.
